They never bother to clean the clothes. They just press then and put them on the clear bag on hangers dirty. When asked for refund. Son came out and said due me. They do this on purpose. They know you won't sue over $15. Three items Nothing is 1.99

Awful! One week turnaround on clothes, told I had to unbutton all buttons on shirts, always had to prepay. When I complained about wrinkles in my shirts, he agreed with me, but was then proceeded to say " I work for free, so when people complain, I get angry!" I am done with them! Awful!

Would give 0 star if possible. Stained a shirt after drycleaning. I usually dont check 10-15 shirts before leaving the shop. The guy said he will charge $5.99 for the stain. The chinese duo are dishonest. Avoid at all cost. Try yourself if you dont believe. I didnt believe these reviews but stayed with them for about two months only to figure out their shady techniques.

Very poor service and customer service. I dropped 30 shirts for cleaning with no problem, professional staff. When I picked up my stuff no problem, until I got my shirts to the car a noticed some weren't clean. When went back in to show them. I asked why no one said anything about not able to clean the shirts, the owner said usually put a not on the bag. Which was not there. And then proceeded to tell the cleaners down the street couldn't do it better. Will not go back, you get what you pay for.

I agree with Jennifer G. The guy at the front desk was friendly, the first work they did was fine, but then after the fourth time they ruined three garments and denied any responsibility. Cheap is a rip-off, I discovered.

my 1st time was my last time. Seemed friendly /professional at 1st, then when I picked up my items they had ruined my scarf. It was acrylic with a painted sliver skull on it. Said dry clean only. 1/2 of the design had come off leaving a brown area. NO apology for returning it ruined , no refund, no call prior to the work to say they had doubts about their ability to dry clean it without damage, When I asked for a refund ( it is pre pay) they said that is what happens to items with a silver paint, It just comes off, blaming the scarf and taking no responsibility for their processing. Will never return, They are a cleaners, but not very professional, nor customer service oriented.
